event participation details
health information provided voluntarily (e.g. allergies, limitations)

Health data are processed solely on the basis of explicit consent and exclusively for the purpose of ensuring participant safety.

Purpose of processing

Personal data are processed for:

organisation of retreats, courses, and community events
communication with participants
ensuring participant health and safety
arranging accommodation and related services
issuing accounting documents
fulfilling legal obligations

consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

Transfer outside EU

For events organised outside the European Union (e.g. Indonesia), personal data may be shared to the necessary extent with local service providers.

Such transfer is carried out solely for the purpose of organising the event.

organisational data: max. 3 years after event
