Participation in a retreat can only be cancelled in writing via email to: info@oceanflowtribe.com.
The date of delivery of the cancellation notice to the organiser is decisive.

Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees are calculated from the total retreat price stated in the invoice:
• more than 60 days before the retreat start date – 20% of the retreat price
• 59–30 days before the retreat start date – 50% of the retreat price
• 29–14 days before the retreat start date – 75% of the retreat price
• 13 days or less before the retreat start date – 100% of the retreat price

 

The retreat start date is defined as the first day of the program specified for the particular event.

 

Replacement participant
A participant may arrange a replacement who meets the participation requirements and is approved by the organiser.
In this case, cancellation fees do not apply. An administrative fee of €30 will be charged.

 

Participant cancellation due to serious reasons
In case of illness or other serious circumstances, we recommend using cancellation travel insurance.
The organiser does not provide individual exceptions to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation by the organiser
The organiser reserves the right to cancel a retreat, especially due to:
• insufficient number of participants
• force majeure
• serious organisational reasons

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.

 

Transport and individual costs
The organiser is not responsible for participant expenses related to transport, flights, insurance, or other individual costs.

 

Force majeure
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, political events, pandemic measures, actions of public authorities, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such cases, the organiser is not liable for the inability to deliver the retreat as originally planned.

These documents are provided in Slovak and English.
In case of any discrepancies between language versions, the Slovak version shall prevail and be legally binding.
